JIM HENDERSON MEMORIAL FIELD
FIELD SEATING CHART (TBD)
Logistics
Graduates will receive 3 tickets for family members to sit on the field. The tickets will be issued to seniors upon completion of the senior checklist. The stadium seating will be open to anyone.
Graduates will assemble in the high school parking lot at 7:30 a.m. wearing caps with tassels on the right side of the head. You will board your preassigned bus to ride to the football field. Once at the football field, we will line up and prepare to enter the ceremony.
After the ceremony has concluded, the buses will wait for 15 minutes before departing back to the high school so you may take pictures with family. You may stay longer and take more pictures if you wish, but everyone not on the bus after 15 minutes will be responsible for their own transportation.
A professional photographer will take a photo of each senior as he/she receives a diploma cover from designated school representative.
Seniors will be handed a diploma cover during the ceremony. Faculty members will be stationed by the stage during the ceremony for students to receive their official diploma and any other documents.
